Guest access The house is fully available and for exclusive use. Other things to note - Check-in between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. - Check-out before 10 a.m. - Bed linen and towels included. - Free electricity up to 10 kWh per day. - Beyond that, €0.16 per kWh - Free water - Security deposit of €150 - No smoking inside - Late parties are not allowed - Only one animal is accepted with an enclosed space available to keep it. - Carpets are temporarily removed when an animal is present. - The owner lives in the house adjoining the cottage. - The owner is discreet and at your service during the stay. - The accommodation has steep stairs - The accommodation is not suitable for small children and people with reduced mobility. - We only charge you for laundry and not cleaning. - CLEANING NOT INCLUDED - We ask that you leave the cottage as clean as when you arrived. - Clean the dishes and store them. - Clean worktop, stove, microwave, coffee machine, oven and fridge, table and bar, bathroom, sink and toilet. - Vacuum and mop, in short, as clean as when you arrived. - Remove your sheets and pillowcases, leave the mattress covers in place, unless they require washing. Place them in the bathroom with your bath and bath towels. - Remember to empty all the garbage cans. - Thank you
