Vacation home "B" Aying near Munich S-Bahn

Apartment in a modern house (built 2006) with 3 bedrooms (each 1 wide queensize, 63 in), kitchen dining living area , 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub, shower and toilet, second shower and toilet), for max. 6 guests, with 1500 sqft living space on the ground and upper level of our countryside cottage. We are a smoke-free and pet-free location. The metro railway train (S-Bahn) takes you to city center in ca. 30 minutes. The space This is a XXL size apartment (for German standards), which gives you a lot of space and where you can enjoy your warm summer evenings in the garden. Guest access There is no shared space. Other things to note There is a EV charging station (chargeable).
