The main bathroom offers large walk in shower, small bathtub and laundry facilities. The modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine offers views over the hinterland and you will enjoy the stunning ocean views from the lounge/ living area and master bedroom. The décor is coastal chic with breezy white plantation shutters installed and lovely soft furnishings and touches, creating a stylish, beachside holiday vibe. You don't have to leave the resort to have fun because the resort offers the following facilities: * Heated pool & spa * Children's wading pool * 2 full size tennis courts * Gymnasium * 2 x golf driving nets * Under cover secure car parking * Beachfront location * Shops, cafes and restaurants at your door step * Please note that Ocean Plaza is strictly non smoking including on balconies and all common areas * Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 2 minute drive to the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
