The renovated & fully equipped house of 90sq.m. has a large terrace with constant coolness from the sea breeze, free space with natural lawn of 400sq.m. and built BBQ, while leaving the safe fenced plot you immediately reach the sandy beach & the sea. All of this will be loved by someone in "ThemiLia"! The space The proximity of the house to the sea is breathtaking and offers a constant cool breeze even on hot summer days. The perfect balance. In the 400 sq.m. garden with natural lawn, you can relax and enjoy the sun by lying on the comfortable sun loungers, playing or enjoying the barbecue. The house was completely renovated by Themis and Evangelia Panagiotakopoulou in 2019, who put all their interest and sensitivity to make it the perfect place for guests to have fun while enjoying every desire and comfort! Inside, the house has the unique taste of the owners, who took care of every detail to make your vacation unforgettable! Entering from the front terrace, you will see the comfortable, air-conditioned living room, equipped with a flat-screen TV and decorated in a unique style, which makes you feel at home! It has two beautifully decorated bedrooms, which have large comfortable king size beds and mattresses (1 king size bed each bedroom)! In total, the house can accommodate 6 to 7 people using the large sofa – sofas in the living room. The bathroom is brand new with a shower and a washing machine. The house is also baby and child friendly, equipped with all the necessary equipment (cribs, high chairs, etc.) to accommodate our little guests. In case you need such equipment, please let us know in advance. In the fully equipped kitchen you can find everything you need to prepare, store and enjoy your meals! There you will always find a welcome basket on the kitchen table, waiting for you, as a welcome act from the owners! Outside the house has a lovely front terrace overlooking the garden with lawn, sandy beach and sea, while there are two balconies facing east and west, so you can take advantage of every moment of the day and night, offering you the choice of the view you prefer! It also has plenty of space behind the house with a farm. Once you experience such a vacation, you may have difficulty looking back at conventional ones. Enjoy your tea or coffee, your meal or your evening wine with a book, gaze at the sea and the bay and just enjoy your vacation! Guest access Access is available to all indoor and outdoor areas of the property. Other things to note The house is 3 minutes away from the central village of Nea Anchialos where the guest can access a super market, bakeries, pharmacies, shops (commercial and catering), archaeological sites, churches and transportation. It is 15 minutes from Volos, a city - starting point for the beautiful villages of Mount Pelion and the Sporades islands (Skiathos – Skopelos – Alonissos).
