The outdoor spaces expand the home even further with space for tents, two large outdoor dining tables and extra seating. The downstairs features a large open concept kitchen, living room and dining area, 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bathroom with custom tiled double shower, a separate and private TV room with pull out queen size sofa as well as a mudroom and laundry room for easy storage of all your hiking or beach going gear. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with twin bunk beds and a pull out sofa, the other with a queen bed, both bedrooms have space for a playpen/portable crib, which we happily provide. There is another bathroom upstairs complete with double vanity and extra large (6') bathtub. Situated on a large family property we enjoy our idyllic setting with our 2 children and dog . When our house is rented out we delight in living aboard our sailboat nearby. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, excluding our warehouse, home office and in-law apartment which is occupied by Rob's mom. All spaces are accessed via separate entrances, ensuring absolute privacy for our guests.
