Room includes a tall dorm fridge, Dish TV, wall mounted 55-inch Samsung TV, walk-in closet, room safe, USB charging station, high quality pillows & bed linens. Bathroom shared only if there are guests in adjacent room. EV charging 2-miles away. Stays up to 30-days are welcome. Guests that comply with our house rules, are ALWAYS welcome to extend their stay. Coordinate with us during your stay to let us know your needs. The space Two story home on a street ending in a cul-de-sac. We live downstairs and dedicate the entire upstairs to guests - this includes 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a common area. You can make yourself at home using our kitchen and grill. We have a Keurig available as well. We have soft water and a new, high capacity hot water heater. All toilets are ADA compliant. We also have a Bruno chairlift to assist guests who have difficulty climbing stairs. During your stay We stay downstairs in the master suite and one of us is usually home at all times. We keep our Golden Retriever, Rusty, downstairs. Every guest we've had falls in love with Rusty because he is affectionate. He may come upstairs to say hi, but if you close your door he loses interest and returns downstairs. Other things to note Enhanced cleaning before and after each guest stay IAW CDC guidelines and the Airbnb's standard of cleaning with the 5 step enhanced cleaning process. All rooms high touch surfaces, and shared spaces are ventilated, disinfected, cleaned, and sanitized.
