KHOMES Architectural House in the Green We would like to welcome you to our completely renovated 1970s architect's house, which is surrounded by greenery, just a 5-minute walk from the center and in Clausthal-Zellerfeld, part of the Harz National Park. The space From the entrance area on the first floor you can reach the main part of our house. From the porch, you can immediately see the open-plan area of the kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace. These rooms are all connected to each other, so constant communication is possible. On this floor there is also the very spacious terrace, which can be accessed from the living room. The terrace offers seating, a barbecue and a fireplace. In the living room, there is a loft. The resulting ceiling height creates a pleasant, spacious feeling. Adjacent to the living room is a hallway where you will find books, games and toys. From there you can reach the bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. Furthermore, it leads to the bedroom with bunk bed and the bedroom with double bed. On the upper floor is the gallery, from here you have a view of the living room as well as the kitchen. Here you can have a cozy chat on the seating area or use the sofa bed to sleep. From the gallery you enter a spacious bedroom with two double beds, as well as another bedroom with a double bed. On the ground floor is a highlight of the house. In the huge room you can spend your time watching billiards, foosball, darts and television. There is another entrance to the house here. If you want to smoke quickly, which is not allowed in the whole house, you can get outside without going far. At the entrance from the ground floor you will also find a WC. If you prefer to take it a little easier and want to relax, you will also find it here on the ground floor. The sauna can offer you the opportunity to unwind after the numerous activities that the Harz has to offer. Through a hallway you reach two more bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, toilet and another access to the house. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other a bunk bed with 3 sleeping places. Directly at the house there is a parking space for 2 - 3 vehicles in the courtyard. Additional free parking is available on the street. A garage is also at your disposal. Here, for example, motorcycles, bicycles, sleds and skis will find a dry place. Children will be pleased that the house is located on a play street and there is a playground in the immediate vicinity, from which they can wave to their parents, who are relaxing on the terrace. Because bookings are often made more than 1 year in advance, we are unfortunately not able to determine the price of the linen packages on the day of booking. For this reason, we send an email 21 days prior to arrival with a binding offer for linen packages. Final cleaning The cost of the final cleaning is calculated so that the house is left swept clean and all furniture is exactly where it was found at check-in. The cleaning company charges us for work that goes beyond the usual, which we pass on to the main guest to compensate. Final cleaning is carried out to the highest possible standard by a professional cleaning company. We allow check-in on the same day that the guests of the previous booking check out. In any case, 4 hours are scheduled for two employees of the cleaning company for cleaning. For this reason, early check-in is usually not possible on a day when guests have left at 11 am. The cost of the final cleaning is stated in the booking process.
