KHOMES architectural house in green We would like to welcome you in our completely renovated 70s architect house, which is surrounded by greenery, just 5 minutes' walk from the center and welcome you to Clausthal-Zellerfeld, part of the Harz National Park. The space The entrance area on the first floor leads to the main part of our house. From the wind trap, the view of the open-plan area of the kitchen, dining and living room with fireplace awaits you. These spaces are all connected, so constant communication is possible. There is also the very spacious terrace on this floor, which you can enter from the living room. The terrace offers you seating, a barbecue and a fire pit. In the living room, there is a gallery. The resulting ceiling height creates a pleasant, generous sense of space. Adjacent to the living room is a hallway where you will find books, games and toys. From there you can access the bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Furthermore, you can go here to the bedroom with bunk bed and to the bedroom with double bed. On the upper floor is the gallery, from here you have a view into the living room as well as into the kitchen. Here you can chat comfortably on the seating area or you can use the sofa bed to stay overnight. From the gallery you reach a spacious bedroom with two double beds, as well as another bedroom with a double bed. On the ground floor is a highlight of the house. In the huge room you can spend your time watching the billiards, foosball, darts and TV. There is another entrance to the house here. If you might want to smoke one quickly, which is not allowed throughout the house, you can access the outdoors without a long way. At the entrance from the ground floor you will also find a WC. If you prefer to be a little quieter and relax, you will also find it here on the ground floor. The sauna can offer you the opportunity to relax after the numerous activities that the Harz has to offer. Through a hallway you reach two further bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, toilet and another access to the house. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other a bunk bed with 3 beds. At the house directly there is a parking space for 2 - 3 vehicles in the yard. Other free parking is outdated. A garage is also at your disposal. Here, for example, motorbikes, bikes, sledges and skis find a dry place. Children will be pleased that the house is located on a play street and there is a playground in the immediate vicinity from which they can wave from their parents relaxing on the terrace. Because bookings are often made more than 1 year in advance, we are unfortunately not able to determine the price of the laundry packages on the day of booking. For this reason, we will send an email 21 days prior to arrival with a binding offer for laundry packages. Final cleaning The cost of the final cleaning is calculated in such a way that the house was left swept clean and all the furniture is exactly where it is found at check-in. The cleaning company will charge us for work that goes beyond the usual, which we pass on to the main guest for compensation. Final cleaning is carried out with the highest possible standard by a professional cleaning company. We allow check-in on the same day that guests check out of the previous reservation. Cleaning is in any case scheduled for 4 hours for two cleaning company employees. For this reason, an early check-in is usually not possible on a day when guests leave at 11am. The cost of the final cleaning will be mentioned in the booking process. Tourist tax is paid in Tourist Information Clausthal Zellerfeld, Bergstraße 31. After paying the guest fee, you will receive a holiday ticket booklet =guest card. The ticket booklet entitles you to take various leisure activities such as guided hikes for free. In addition, you will receive discounted admission to various facilities.
