The space This delightful Villa has recently been renovated to a high standard offering you a very stylish, modern accommodation in the heart of the Victorian town of Llandudno. Our holiday home is located within minutes of the beautiful Llandudno promenade and beach, many local amenities and attractions including Venue Cymru Theatre, award-winning pubs, and more! Snowdon Retreat Villa offers a very large and modern fully equipped kitchen, two sitting rooms where you can wind down, relax and discuss the day's adventures, or simply watch a movie on the 4K smart TV. Sat in a bay window you can catch a glimpse of the old town and Great Orme. Four bathrooms for your convenience (all inclusive of shower, WC, and basin). Front and back private garden with access from kitchen via patio doors creates a very calm sun trap where you can enjoy a glass of wine or private conversation on one of two decking areas. We are very excited for you to stay in our Villa and hope that you fully enjoy yourself. We will provide you with basic amenities including fresh towels, toiletries, tea, and coffee, so please feel free to help yourself to anything you might like. Rooms break down: Bedroom 1 (ensuite) - Super Kingsize for the couple, sofa bed for another 2 people if necessary (lower first floor) Bedroom 2 - Kingsize bed (first floor) Bedroom 3 - Super Kingsize bed (first floor) Bedroom 4 - Large single beeds (x4) (upper first floor) Bedroom 5 - Bunk bed for 3 (second floor) people and Ikea Hemnes day bed for a couple Bedroom 6 (ensuite) - Double bed (second floor) Living room 1 - two sofa beds max 4 people Living room 2 - two sofa beds max 4 people Family bedroom on the first floor Small family bathroom on 2nd floor Due to COVID restriction “Parties or events are not allowed” Guest access Yo will have access to the whole property, front and back garden inclusive of picnic bench with table (front garden), large dinning table with chairs at the back, cosy comfy rattan lounge set on back patio. In the morning you can enjoy sun in front of the property and afternoon is a perfect sun trap at the back. Other things to note Dear Guests, we are extremely excited to announce that we have opened a brand new Finnish Sauna (made in linden and alder) that is located in the back garden for your convenience. This private Sauna can accommodate between 6-9 persons at one time. It is fitted with ambient light as well as Sea Salt panels to offer relaxing and health benefits. If used at night you can enjoy the views of the sky and the stars from inside thanks to its glass panel wall. For those who feel too hot, you will be simply able to use a Rainfall shower in the open-air :) The price for sauna use depends on the number of days you will be staying: The first 3 days is £150, and then £30 for every next day of your accommodation payable on site. ***PETS*** Please Note - we are pet friendly but we charge £100 pet fee per pet and £200 damage deposit that both need to be paid after making a booking. The deposit is than paid back to guest with in 72h post check out subject to no damage being made. Due to the Coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitise our holiday home between reservations.
