Villa Alira is 54 km from the airport, on the foot of the well-known Mountain Le Morne Brabant. It is indeed very impressive by its grandeur and magnificent forest, but especially by its historical nature. The white sandy beaches of Le Morne are only 15 minutes’ walk from the Villa. Although Alira is well protected by the winds on the west side, on the other side of the mountain, 5 minutes by car, is the well know spot for kite surfers. The space Villa Alira is 54 km from the airport, in Le Morne, on the West Coast of the Island with a private pool. The Villa is ideal for a couple and accommodates up to 6 guests, although we recommend max 4 adults and 2 children. Location Villa Alira is on the foot of the well-known Mountain Le Morne Brabant. In addition, there is a large green lawn, and thus ideal for children. Villa Alira has been furnished with delicacy by a specialised interior decorator. The white sandy beaches of Le Morne are only 15 minutes’ walk from the Villa. However, we recommend a car as the area has many beautiful spots to visit, such as the 7 earth and waterfall of Chamarel, Black river gorges ect; Details Villa Alira covers a surface area of 230 m². Additionally, a beautiful exotic garden of 1100 m², with a pool and sun beds, outdoor shower, as well as a BBQ. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with air condition, 2 double beds , one of 2 x 2 meters and 2 single beds, 1 bathroom en suite, 1 separate bathroom. We provide bedsheets and towels for free. 2 maids are at your service (inclusive in the price) for the maintenance of the house; Furthermore, they wash and iron the laundry. Arrangement can be made for cooking with the maid directly against payment. Surroundings The west coast is well known for big game fishing, along with kite surf and other sea sports, swimming with the dolphins and Whale watching. Moreover, hiking, horse riding on the beach, golf are at your feet! A Bar and Restaurant is at 2 minutes’ walk; others on the beach of Le Morne; the supermarket is at 5 km in the village of La Gaulette. Transportation We organize on demand your airport transfers and arrange your car hire with delivery at the airport Sir S. Ramgoolam or at Villa Alira. Guest access pool 2.5m wide by 6.5m long by 0.9m (min) to 1.4m (max) deep Other things to note One thing to note is that it can be noisy for about 8-10 minutes in the mornings and evenings as hotel staff drive by; "Essentials" only on arrival (not included in the price for the whole stay). Lunch can be prepared by the housekeeper for a small fee when you go shopping.
