The peninsula is rich from a gastronomic point of view, with a beautiful range of locally caught seafood products - the unmissable lobsters of Bréhat and oysters of the Sillon - but also early products from the farm, and multiple small markets, lambs and Aubrac beef are also raised there. Also our kitchen has been designed to meet the needs of gourmets. You will certainly appreciate, like our previous tenants, the friendly central island – see photos x and y, or the 2 coffee machines… coffee that will accompany your breakfast to be taken directly on the beach! SLEEP WHILE BEING CRADLED BY THE WAVES Your residence includes a large bedroom, the master bedroom, as well as a master suite (with private bathroom and toilet), and 3 other beautiful bedrooms. All located upstairs except for one that is accessible from the entrance hall on the ground floor. The bedding is of high quality and all necessary linens will be provided. You're going to have to fight to decide who's going to sleep in the master bedroom! This beautiful room of more than 20 m2 located upstairs, has 5 large skylights bathing it in sunlight. You will enjoy the most beautiful sea view from this room, from the bed!!! Very comfortable bed, 180 x 200. The room offers an attractive volume – photo 3 – and allows you to retreat in privacy at any time. Toilet and bathroom are adjoining. The "parental" suite is spread over 30 m2 upstairs. Decorated in Breton style, with a 160 x 200 bed, private toilet and bathroom, sea view. Another large bedroom similar to a suite is located on the ground floor, with a large 180 x 200 bed, in a refined and relaxing 'japandi' style, with garden + sea view. Its bathroom, laundry room and 2 toilets are adjacent to this room. A charming 4th bedroom located upstairs, measures 18 m2 with its large 160 x 200 cm bed, has views of the sea and the surrounding nature: to relax or work with a relaxing view of the surrounding greenery and the seaside. The 5th bedroom is upstairs, measures 22 m2, offers 4 beds of 90 x 200, with also its view of the open sea. Two staircases provide access to the upper floor, allowing several families to live together smoothly! On the ground floor, the laundry room offers a washer + dryer. Those who prefer the smell of the great outdoors will use the large dryer outside.
