In a quiet villa in a hilly area surrounded by green with a panoramic view of the beautiful Gulf of Mola, 900m from the sea, 2km from the picturesque village of Capoliveri and 3km from Porto Azzurro and close to the beautiful beaches of Lido, Calanchiole, Barabarca, Zuccale. Consists of 2 bedrooms (double and twin beds). There is a large kitchen with direct access to a large terrace where you can eat outdoors. Equipped with mosquito nets, fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The space Delightful flat in a semi-detached house, suitable for those who love tranquility that can host up to 4 people (ideal for a family with two children or for two couples of friends), consists of a double bedroom and a second bedroom (two single beds which can be joined to form a double bed) with French doors that open onto the garden. The super-equipped kitchen with everything you need (cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, coffee cups, pots, pans, salad bowl, salad spinner, various types of knives, cutting boards, tablecloth, breakfast placemats, kitchen towels) and the main kitchen appliances (microwave, toaster, italian moka for coffee, kettle). The bathroom with window is equipped with a comfortable chest of drawers, a large shower and a bidet. There are two air conditioning splits positioned the first, in the master bedroom, and the second, in the eat-in kitchen ensuring the cooling (or in the case of heating) of the whole apartment. The apartment is equipped with mosquito nets on all windows and patio doors. The kitchen opens onto a large covered terrace equipped with a dining table and four chairs, while in the rear part of the house there is a large outdoor space, where you can rest, equipped with a fireplace in common with the other flat available to our guests to grilled meat or fish. Completely surrounded by greenery and delighted by a splendid panorama. Other things to note TOWELS and SHEETS are provided at a cost of € 42 per stay, this price is included in the final cost for cleaning.
