Town noise ordinance goes into effect at 10 pm, please respect our neighbors. There are active security cameras on the property, 1 on the front porch, one in the side yard and one on the driveway. Do not cover any cameras, they are there for your safety and ours. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING OR PETS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED. There is a $500 additional cleaning fee for smoking. All TVs are smart TVs and set up to stream all the popular apps. You are responsible for washing, drying and putting away any dishes that you use, as well as beach towels and beach blankets.
