The space Ideal for couples and/or 2 adults and 2 children, the apartment features a double bed and a sofa bed, creating a cozy and versatile ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals. The private bathroom provides a relaxing and functional space. The living room, equipped with an additional sofa bed, dining table, and flat-screen TV, opens to two fantastic terraces. Amenities include free wifi, communal air conditioning for the summer months, heating during the winter months, bed linens and towels, washing machine, iron, ironing board, and complimentary toiletries for your first days. THE AREA Strategically located in Madrid, this apartment allows you to reach any point in the city center on foot, without the need for public transport. Other things to note -The pool is only open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September). -Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a €25 late check-in fee. -Baby cots are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please make sure to request one by contacting the host before your arrival. -Guests must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. -Parties or similar events are not allowed at this property. -Guests must sign a short-term rental agreement. This agreement will reflect the original terms of your booking and must specify the duration of the stay, stating that the rental is not intended for permanent residence. It must also include the guest’s primary residence address and the reason for the stay. -Please note that if your arrival date coincides with the same day you made your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
