Main Property Rules: - Reservations for guests or groups under 25 years of age are not accepted. - A €400 deposit will be charged to your credit card the day before arrival for all reservations; - Only registered and confirmed guests may access the property; - No noise is permitted between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM; - Parties or events are not permitted; - Pets are not allowed; - If you leave the house dirty or dishes unwashed, an additional fee will be charged; The space Casa Albufeira Pool & Sun Terrace is a private, air-conditioned apartment located in the Resort Clube Albufeira. This Resort has 3 swimming pools and 2 restaurants/bar. It is located approximately 1500m from the Center of Albufeira and 1800m from Praia dos Pescadores, one of the most famous beaches in the city. The house is located on the ground floor of a one-story building with several semi-detached houses. It consists of: living and dining room with sofa bed, full kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of them equipped with 2 single beds pushed together, making a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. It has a covered terrace, connected to the living room, where you can have all your meals. The common garden in front of the terrace can be used for sunbathing or enjoying a beautiful grill. In the living and dining room there is a cozy area to relax with sofas, including a bed, LCD television with cable channels, free Wi-Fi internet and also a dining area with table and chairs. In the living room there is also a terrace with a table and six chairs, where you can enjoy a drink on warm summer evenings. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to make your meals, from a ceramic stove, oven with grill, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and dishwasher and utensils for 6 people. Bathrooms have a bath or shower and a hairdryer. The water is heated by a water heater. For your safety, the house has a first aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen. For your convenience, the house has an iron and ironing board, bed and bath linen for all guests, weekly cleaning (every 7 days), vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan. Air conditioning is also available in the living room and bedrooms. Other things to note Payment of the tourist tax in the municipality of Albufeira is mandatory in accordance with regulation no. 488/2024, subject to a fine. The Tourist Tax is applicable to people over 12 years old, €2.00 per person/day for a maximum of 7 days of stay, between the months of April to October. You will receive an email with the link to make direct payment of the tourist tax to Albufeira City Hall. This payment will have to be confirmed before your check-in. Registration Details 99601/AL
