Like the two domicile Paradise View Blue & Red, it belongs to an ensemble of a total of 10 apartments. The colorful cube-shaped houses are nestled in the magnificent green nature and nestle idyllically against the rocks. Admittedly, the approximately 100 m long driveway is a bit steep – it was once a historic pilgrimage route – but at the top you will be rewarded with a magnificent view. From the apartment, thanks to the elevated location, you have a fantastic, suggestive view of the fascinating White City, over the olive groves to the sea. The side view from the apartment into the countryside and the pine trees that give the residence its name is also very nice. Relax and relaxing hours, e.g. after a beach or excursion day, the communal pool (in operation: 1.5. – 9/30) with sun terrace promises. In the evening, the panorama of the radiated, Moorish-looking old town of Ostuni can be particularly enjoyed from here. Individual. Modern. Puristic. The exclusive and modernly interpreted domiciles are characterized by a very good, contemporary standard. With the flair of an individual and trendy city apartment, it especially inspires friends of modern design and guests who would like to stay centrally but still somewhat reserved... Casa del Pino Marino is designed on 2 levels. The furnished terrace leads directly to the living room. There are 2 sofas here. We offer the property primarily for two persons persons. If a family with children lives in the apartment, a sofa can be easily pulled out here on request and can be used as an additional double bed. The open kitchen area itself is not very large, but with all the important (incl. Dishwasher, oven and extractor hood). The ambiance is friendly, light and spacious. A spiral staircase leads up to the sleeping area with double bed. Here, too, the previous modern style continues in the furnishings. From here you can go directly to the beautiful large terrace of the apartment, with panoramic views of which you can find yourself. Also the bathroom, which is located in the upper living area, is very modern. The attractive apartment is air-conditioned, so it can be used ideally both in high summer and in the cooler months. Optimal combination with Paradise View Blue or Red. (The other half of the building with a yellow house facade, right next to Casa del Pino Marino is home to another apartment with the same furnishings, which would of course also offer for a combination). So if you are several couples/families who would like to spend their vacation there together, we can also offer you other homes of this ensemble on request. About 150 steps below there is a good hotel. Here you can of course also spontaneously go for dinner or take a nice aperitifo at the bar or in summer on the panoramic hotel terrace (see photo). Guest access The guests have the entire holiday home at their disposal. Other things to note The rentals are usually from Saturday to Saturday. Please contact us if you would like to change your travel date. Check-in: usually 14.00 - 17.00. If the flight times are different, please let us know. A handover may also take place later in the evening. Check out: 07.00 - 09.30 am. ADDITIONAL COST: ELECTRICITY flat rate: Euro 20 per week IMPORTANT: Bed and bath linen (for a fee) The bed and bath linen can either be brought yourself or rented for a fee. In this case, the beds are already prepared for you on your arrival. Euro 25 for 1 double bed, Euro 12 for 1 single bed and Euro 3 for 2 towels per person. The mentioned 25 euros only refer to 1 double bed. If you would like to have the other beds, please let us know.
