It’s a contemporary vibe that extends to the adjacent kitchen, fully equipped with all key amenities and enlivened by geometric floor tiles. Here, a petite breakfast bar provides the perfect setting for early risers to enjoy a peaceful coffee before the rest of the house stirs. Peaceful in its pure whites with cosy carpets and a characterful bay window, the principal bedroom presents a double bed and desk. Equally harmonious in style, the second bedroom offers a single trundle bed and wardrobe. Sleek in white, the spacious family bathroom hosts a bath, overhead shower, toilet and wash basin. Finally, sunseekers will invariably find themselves drawn to the patio on brighter London days. Evoking a classic English country garden, this delightfully private space is rich in greenery and boasts a spacious outdoor seating area and pond. Please note, there is a small flight of steps down to the hallway as you enter the home, whilst there are also steps up to the garden. The apartment is situated on the lower ground floor. Parking permit is available upon request. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities. Hosting by Veeve We will personally welcome you on arrival, help you settle in, and share local recommendations. The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens and towels, and we provide complimentary weekly linen changes for longer stays. For your security and comfort, we ask all guests to complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID prior to arrival. Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. Please get in touch if you’d like to request a check-in outside of these hours. For check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 there will be an additional fee. Baby cot and highchair are also available to be hired. We look forward to welcoming you! Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins outside of this window may incur additional fees. Unless otherwise specified, a greeter will meet you on arrival. Guests are free to enjoy the entire space as depicted on the listing. Other things to note No smoking/vaping, pets or parties! Pets are not allowed in Veeve homes unless agreed directly with a member of our Team, and on a strictly case by case basis. The lead guest must be at least 21 years old. Veeve reserves the right to refuse a booking if it thinks the property may be used for a party. Please be aware, once a booking is confirmed you will be required to complete a Rental Agreement, as well as ID verification via our partners Truvi. This is mandatory for all of our stays.
