Cabourg, 3-min walk to the beach

Fisherman's house of 70 m2 (co-owned and without garden) very well located in a cul-de-sac in the heart of the Cabourg area. In the immediate vicinity of the beach and the large hotel located a few minutes' walk away via the pedestrian street (Avenue de la Mer). Entrance on the ground floor, living room and kitchenette on the first floor, two bedrooms on the second (stairs). The photo shows the view from the living room. Availability on request. Extra rental of sheets and towels. Easy parking. The space On the second and top floor, a bedroom with two beds (one window) and a bedroom with 4 beds (two skylights). Ideal for a couple with 4 children. The 6 beds are 190 x 90 and are brand new. Linens are not provided. However, it is possible to rent it in addition (subject to availability). On the first floor, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen: new appliances, dining table that can accommodate up to 8 people (two extensions are in the cajibi). The ground floor simply consists of a hallway entrance to access the upper floors, which makes it possible to leave the seaside belongings and sand outside the living rooms. Mid-floor is a bathroom with toilet and towel warmer. The house is very well equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils. Close to all food shops and the market, you can easily do without the car. Less than 5 minutes' walk to the sea (through the main entrance next to the large hotel). New electric piano and complete household appliances. More photos or details upon request. Ask Cynthia. Right in the middle of the fan, close to all amenities and interesting places: Avenue de la Mer (often pedestrian), large hotel/casino, swimming pool, seaside by the Allée Marcel Proust. Other things to note Ideal for a family with 4 children. Not suitable for very old people (or children who cannot climb stairs) because all rooms are accessible by stairs, including the bathroom, accessible from stairs. Important Notes: 1) In July and August, rental can normally only be done by the week, and check-in and check-out take place on the same days (Saturday or Sunday, with exceptions). 2) Linens are not provided by default (sheets and fitted sheets, towels and tea towels). Depending on the possibilities, it can be provided by paying a supplement but subject to confirmation. 3) Let us know as soon as possible of your arrival time in order to arrange the reception. Unless agreed before booking, arrivals outside standard hours (3 p.m. to 9 p.m.) may incur a surcharge of €50. 4) Water and electricity meter readings are taken before and after each rental, excessive consumption will be charged extra. 5) We take into account in our reviews the care you have taken of the apartment.
