The space The apartment "1 Minute from Las Canteras" is completely exterior, spacious, and bright, with 3 balconies and all amenities within a 50-square-meter area (pharmacy, bus stop, shops, restaurants, and terraces in pedestrian areas, and a golf course is a 5-minute drive away). A fully furnished and renovated kitchen is equipped with appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich maker, juicer, electric kettle, steam iron, ironing board, etc.), kitchenware, cutlery, and utensils. The apartment features a spacious and comfortable living-dining room. Three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. Two full bathrooms with walk-in showers. Smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher are also included. Bed linens and towels (all 100% natural cotton) and hypoallergenic pillows are included. Free 1GB high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi is available.
