Villa with large private pool and garden in Sitges The space INDIGO VILLA, exclusively managed by Blausitges, was completely renovated in the spring of 2019, meaning that both the kitchen and the four bathrooms have been updated with a modern and functional design. The living room, dining area, and all the bedrooms have been redecorated, giving them a fresh style inspired by the Mediterranean Sea. Upon entering the property, our guests will find a large private garden with an 11-meter by 4-meter pool, perfect for children to play and for adults to relax. There is also a gas barbecue available for guests, ideal for preparing delicious meals that can be enjoyed on the porch with a glass of fine local wine. Additionally, the villa has an open parking area with space for two or three cars within the premises, although parking on the street in front of the villa is usually easy. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with two separate areas: one with sofas that can accommodate ten people and another with a dining area featuring a large table and chairs for twelve guests. The fireplace is decorative only. Also on this floor, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, a playroom, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The playroom includes a television, a sofa bed, several poufs, and a selection of toys and board games. As for the bedrooms, one has a double bed, another has a double bed and a single bed, and the third is equipped with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have their own storage space and private bathroom. The two bedrooms with double beds, as well as the living and dining areas, have direct access to the private garden. Outside, there is a large porch with two distinct areas: a dining space with a table for ten guests and chairs, and a lounge area with a coffee table and several armchairs, the perfect spot to relax and unwind. From the dining area, an interior staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, as well as a shared full bathroom located between them. Although the villa is naturally fresh and spacious, it has two air conditioning units: one in the master bedroom upstairs and another in the green bedroom on the ground floor. The house also offers high-speed fiber optic internet. The villa is equipped with numerous wardrobes available to guests, although some remain locked as they are used by the owners to store personal belongings. We kindly ask guests to respect these private spaces. Indigo Villa has a regular garden and pool maintenance service. Upon arrival, we inform guests if their stay coincides with a scheduled visit from these professionals, as well as the approximate day and time they will be visiting. Like many other houses in Sitges, the train tracks are relatively close, so on some occasions, depending on the wind direction, trains can be heard from the garden. However, very few trains run at night. If you have any concerns about this, we will be happy to provide further clarification.
