Typical rustic hillside house with mountain views

A dip in the past with all the modern comforts for a refreshing holiday. In the village of Casesi, in a private yard with rustic houses, there is our house. A rustic typical of the Tuscan countryside has been restored several times. It has a small garden with pergola in front of the entrance with table, chairs and armchairs for relaxation. The entire house, recently renovated, is furnished with period furniture. The floors are still in original terracotta, as are the ceilings with the typical wooden beams. The space FOR NEW YEAR'S EVE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR FAMILIES AND ADULT GROUPS. Our rustic is located in Casesi inside a private farmhouse. On the front it has a small garden fully fenced with a corner dedicated to aromatic plants and a pergola with grape vines in front of the entrance. Here you can relax overlooking the mountains of Camaiore or have breakfast. On the ground floor it has an entrance living room, a spacious and spacious kitchen with fireplace, a nice living room with satellite TV and a half bathroom. A typical terracotta staircase leads to the upper floor where there are the three double bedrooms and the bathroom with shower. The entire house that has been recently refurbished is furnished with vintage furniture. The floors are still in original terracotta, as are the ceilings with the typical wooden beams. The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances and everything you need to cook. The washing machine in the cellar is available for guests to use a washing machine. Parking, guaranteed for a car, is on the square in front of the house, any other cars can be parked a few meters away. Guest access The village of Casesi can be reached from various directions. However, the recommended route is the main Via di Casesi, which starts from the square of the church of Corsanico and, crossing a stretch of countryside with olive trees, arrives in the village. Here the streets become quite narrow but still easily walkable. Guests can use the entire house including the cellar. The small garden in front of it is equipped with table and chairs for breakfast and armchairs for relaxation . You can then take advantage of it at any time of day. Other things to note Since 1.08.2022 our municipality has imposed the collection OF tourist tax for all guests over the age of 14. The tax amounts to €1.50 per person for a maximum of 5 days (€7.50 per person in total) and must be paid in cash upon arrival. The house is available for New Year's Eve only for families. You can spend in this beautiful vacation home in a typical atmosphere. Casesi is the ideal stop for lovers of typical Tuscan landscapes. From here, nature trails start on foot or by bike. In a few minutes you can reach the beach of Viareggio or you can reach the beautiful cities of art such as Pisa, Lucca, Pietrasanta. All fees are included in the rental price.
