On 84 square metres of living space you will find our top accommodation, only 200 metres from the town hall, on the pedestrian zone, which invites you to visit the sights, bars & restaurants and the old town. The flat was modernised to a high standard at the beginning of 2024 and also offers plenty of space and comfort for longer stays for up to 6 people The space The spacious dining area offers plenty of room for communal dinners or entertaining game afternoons for up to 6 people. Directly adjacent is the large living room, which guarantees cosy evenings with Netflix and co. on a 65-inch Ultra HD TV in a cosy atmosphere with a comfortable, high-quality sofa. The bedroom is equipped with an XXL king-size bed, which the manufacturer also likes to advertise as a ‘family bed’ - there really is plenty of space. An additional seating area with table for a few relaxing minutes is also available. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and can be manually separated from the living room at sleeping times using a panelled curtain. When fully occupied, the pull-out couch offers additional guests very good sleeping comfort and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with all important utensils (without oven) and offers sufficient cooking facilities with its 4 induction plates. The flat has 2 separate sanitary areas: A: A clean WC with reasonable washing facilities - B: A high quality bathroom with shower, WC and all necessary sanitary facilities. The accommodation is on the 1st floor and can therefore also be reached quickly and easily with luggage. 3 public car parks (for a separate fee) within a radius of 150 m are available for a relaxed journey by car. The outdoor area on the large communal terrace with 1 large table and 6 chairs for our guests invites you to enjoy breakfast together in the open air, social evenings in a cosy atmosphere and short smoke breaks or time-outs. During the Christmas season, the famous Augsburg Christmas market is set up on Rathausplatz and can be reached in less than a minute. Mobile air conditioning (only available on site in the months of June-September) rounds off the overall package. Guest access Of course, you have exclusive access to the entire living area of the accommodation. Check-in takes place via a key box including illustrated operating instructions and directions. Other things to note Our apartment is located directly in the pedestrian zone and thus in the heart of Augsburg, you can't get much closer to the center and all its attractive sights, restaurants and shopping experiences. Since there are 3 large public parking garages within a 2-3 minute walk, the parking situation is still easy to manage if you arrive by car. Tickets here are priced from €14,00/day and are therefore still within a reasonable cost range.
