3-room duplex apartment for up to 5 people (approx. 70 sqm living space) This apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with sofa set, an integrated fitted kitchen with dining area, two bathrooms with shower/toilet and a balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the large living room. The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, LAN and smart TVs (living room and bedroom). On the balcony there is a table with chairs and a parasol. The space The duplex apartment is spread over two floors (upper and top floor). On the upper floor there is a large living room with a sofa set (sofa bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m), an integrated fitted kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with a box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a bathroom with shower/toilet and a balcony. The top floor is accessible via the stairs in the living room. In the attic there is another bedroom with a box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and another bathroom with shower/toilet. The vacation apartment is located in the Lancken-Granitz apartment complex on Rügen. In total, we have 15 apartments. Our apartments are all newly renovated, newly equipped and modernly furnished. All apartments are decorated with a lot of love for detail and individually. The photos show our duplex apartments. The complex consists of two semi-detached houses that blend harmoniously into the landscape with their park-like outdoor area. In the garden with a large lawn there are terraces with seating groups, beach chairs, sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor barbecue area and a children's playground. Sufficient bicycle racks are right in front of the house. The large garden offers plenty of space for all guests and is shared. Other things to note Upon arrival, a tourist tax (€2.07/person/night) is to be paid on site. This is not included in the price. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building and can be used for a small fee. A baby crib and high chair are available free of charge upon request and subject to availability. Wi-Fi and parking are free. Our on-site roll service brings fresh rolls to the apartment door every morning on request (subject to availability). We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tabs and dishwashing liquid. After that, we ask for self-sufficiency. Bikes can be rented from us in the complex (subject to availability). Alternatively, we organize bicycle rental with a provider in Sellin. Pets can be brought at an extra cost (€9.00/night). A maximum of 1 animal per apartment is allowed. Please specify pets at the time of booking.
