Feel a warmth welcome entering our recently renovated apartment with all the comfort and decor detail that will make your stay memorable. Tastefully decorated and offering a cozy, comfortable indoor, it comprises a living room with a sofa bed (sleeping 2) with an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean and a table for your meals enjoying the lights from the ocean. A fully equipped kitchen with all amenities and a table for light meals as well as a bathroom where you can enjoy a bubbly soak in the bathtub makes our apartment bewitching and cozy. On the outdoor, you can enjoy a balcony with majestic views where you can sip cocktails and watch the ocean and the striking Azores sky at night. The bright and clean main bedroom offers you a Queen size comfortable bed with views over the ocean. The second bedroom has two beds with high-quality new mattresses offering a cozy ambiance with its warm colors. You’ll have a free garage parking spot during your stay, as well as access to the tennis court if you’d like to play. Please note, however, that the shared swimming pool will be closed for the next two months due to renovation work in the condominium. On the ground floor, there are a Restaurant & Grill, a pizzeria, two cafés and a surf shop, with delicacies from breakfast to dinner and cocktails at night! The beachfront Pópulo Building, built in the 90´s, is the highest in the area in front of the charming Milícias Beach. Outside the building’s entrance, you have a beautiful beach promenade to enjoy. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Registration Details 1684/AL
