ELDERLY FRIENDLY Our villa is suitable for the Elderly with from a flat driveway and entrance when you arrive to grab rails in both showers and a shower chair for guest use (max weight 100kg). Showers are flat with no Hob. CHILD FRIENDLY High chair, portable cot, kids table & chairs, games, two TVs & DVD players, Foxtel Kids channels are included also (it's the kids holiday too) plastic plates & cups, enclosed courtyard, block out curtains in all bedrooms. We are located in a quite beachside suburb of Albany, you will require a car to enjoy a coffee or dine out but you may also just want to relax and wonder over the dunes to the beautiful sands of Middleton Bay and take a picnic.
