The space Escape to your private oasis at LV Premier Meco/Lagoa Villas-LA1, a spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa perfect for large families and groups of friends. The heart of the villa is a very large, open-plan living area with a fireplace, central dining space, and a modern kitchen. Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Two-Story Layout): Upper Floor: 3 ensuite bedrooms (one triple, two doubles), each with a private bathroom with a shower. Main Floor: 2 double bedrooms, one large bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, and a separate half-bath. All bedrooms are luminous and air-conditioned. Comfort & Linens: Luxurious LV Premier signature beds with crisp linens and hypoallergenic duvets. Fluffy cotton bath and beach towels provided. For young guests (on request): portable baby cot, high chair, books, and toys. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Service for 12 guests. Appliances: Blender, coffee maker, kettle, two ovens, microwave, dishwasher and more Outdoor barbecue and dining area for al fresco meals. Work & Entertainment: High-speed WiFi. Cable TV. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa. Other things to note Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 500€ is required upon arrival. This is processed as a credit card pre-authorization. Check-In: Standard check-in is available until 10 PM. A late check-in fee of 60€ applies for arrivals between 10 PM and 8 AM. Cleaning: For stays exceeding 9 nights, a complimentary weekly cleaning service is included. Extra Guests: When the number of booked guests exceeds the number of standard beds, we provide comfortable a folding bed. Utilities: The villa is equipped with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Pool is open March to October Optional Services (Fees Apply): Pool Heating: Available for 40€/day. The heat pump can increase water temperature by 5-10°C. Please provide advance notice, as it takes a couple of days to reach optimal temperature.
