Tuscan Villa in Grunertshofen

Approximately 90 sqm vacation home for families in the middle of a large garden. It is not far to Munich, Augsburg and especially to the Fünfseenland with Ammersee, Starnbergersee, Wörthsee etc. It belongs to a former farm from the 18th century and was the "Austragshäusl". Since the property was renovated in a Mediterranean style, we call it the "Villa Toscana". The space All our guests found this apartment simply enchanting. The large and well-equipped kitchen, the dining area, which also invites you to stay in the evening, the sofa bed for lounging and two double rooms, the lower one with a sink and shower. Children and adolescents are enthusiastic about the bunk bed. The crib can also be placed here if necessary. The best part is the stargazing bed under the skylight. A narrow and steep staircase leads to the top. There is no toilet on the upper floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, cutlery and kitchen appliances for 10 people. Private Wi-Fi/Internet connection with 100 Mbit. Satellite TV. Streaming with Chromecast. The sauna with loungers and private bathroom can be rented for €25/day. Guest access The terrace and the covered barbecue area may be used. In the large garden and in the greenhouse there is a lot of fruit and vegetables depending on the season. What you find you can harvest or snack on. Ample parking is available on and in front of the property. Two older bicycles are available for guests. Grunertshofen is located on the Roman road and the current Via Julia bike path. Other things to note The cottage is sustainably and almost CO2-neutral. Large solar systems with storage provide electricity and hot water, the water comes from its own well, electric cars can be charged with solar power, the heating is electric with regional natural electricity. Waste is composted or recycled. Fossil raw materials are only burned in an emergency.
