Villa Toscana in Grunertshofen

Approx. 90 square meter cottage for families in the middle of a large garden. It is not far to Munich, Augsburg and, above all, to the five lakes with Lake Ammersee, Lake Starnberg, Wörthsee, etc. It belongs to a former farm from the 18th century and was the "Ausragshäusl". Since the property has been renovated in Mediterranean style, we call it "Villa Toscana." The space All of our guests found this apartment to be magical. The large and well-equipped kitchen, the dining area, which also invites you to stay in the evening, the sofa bed for fun as well as two double rooms, the lower one with sink and shower. Children and adolescents are delighted by the camp with the bunk bed. Here, the cot can also be found if necessary. The squeak is the stargazing bed under the skylight. A narrow and steep staircase leads up. There is no toilet on the upper floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, cutlery and kitchen appliances for 10 people. Own Wi-Fi/Internet connection with 100 Mbit. SAT TV. Streaming with Chromecast. The sauna with loungers and private bathroom can be rented for €25/day. Guest access The terrace and the covered barbecue area may also be used. In the large garden and greenhouse there are plenty of fruits and vegetables depending on the season. What you can find can be harvested or snacked. There are ample parking spaces on and in front of the property. Two older bikes are available to guests. Grunertshofen is located on the Römerstraße and the current Via Julia cycle path. Other things to note The cottage is sustainably and almost carbon-neutral. Large solar systems with stores provide electricity and hot water, the water comes from its own well, electric cars can be charged with solar power, the heating is electric with regional natural electricity. Waste is composted or recycled. Fossils raw materials are only burnt in case of an emergency.
