Serenity by the Lake - Romantic Waterfront escape

‘Serenity by the Lake’ is a beautifully, relaxed and modern private waterfront property situated in one of the most idyllic locations on Lake Macquarie with views of the lake from every window. Swim, fish, kayak and stand up paddle board (all included) on the lake. The warmth of the fire pit, toasting marshmallows whilst watching the magical Lake's sun set. The space Serenity by the Lake a spacious self contained Bed and Breakfast situated on the water’s edge at Marks Point peninsula. As you desend down the stairs leading to Serenity, you will be blown away by the magnificent views and colours of the Lake with its white sands and crystal blue waters. Inside you will find a beautifully designed space which includes; * a fully stocked fully functional kitchen, * quality cutlery, cookware and glassware, * generous breakfast provisions and fruit juices. You can opt for either - the country breakfast provisions option which includes, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, Helgas bread and baked beans. - the healthy option includes, muesli, Gippsland yoghurt, fresh berries, fruits, eggs, avocado and Helgas bread. Either option is a winner and both options include fresh fruits and berries. * A Cafe Blender for making great smoothies * A Latissima Coffee pod machine with generous amounts of Campos and Nespresso pods. * Our new fridge supplies continuous filtered water and a never ending supply of ice cubes. * A bottle of Chandon Brut will be waiting in the fridge for your arrival. * A selection of cheeses, crackers, quince past and other nibbles are also included. * The bathroom is newly renovated complete with overhead rain shower as well as the standard shower. Sukin range of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and moisturiser and loofah. * Quality fluffy hotel bath towels and luxurious bathrobes complete the experience. * Our large "L" shaped sofa allows you to watch the every changing water views. * Internet and Netflix. * Crisp white hotel quality sheets on a super comfy queen size bed which has stunning views of the Lake which you can see without leaving the bed. * Double roller blinds are always a hit for those who like to make the room nice and dark for a great sleep in or just leave the sheer blinds down to give you a gorgeous view but with extra privacy from the outside world. * Kayaks, stand up paddle boards and fishing gear all included. * The stunning private jetty that is exclusively for your use only during your stay. There is just something magical and amazing about walking down the jetty and just taking time out to set at the end and just laugh, chat, snuggle up and wait for the sunset. * Our beautiful fire pit overlooking the lake. We provide firewood, kindling and fire starters and oh yes, marshmallow sticks and of course Marshmallows from May through to September. One thing our guests all say is how much they love all the extra touches we provide, how we have thought of everything to make your experience with us so relaxing, rejuvenating and giving you that “we didn’t want to leave” feeling. Guest access ‘Serenity by the Lake’ is located at the bottom of 4 flights of stairs. It is not suitable for anyone with poor mobility. The guest house is completely separate to the main house. Guests have full access to the following: * 2 stand up paddle boards, *.2 kayaks and life jackets * 2 fishing Rods, equipment and bait. * Private Jetty is for your exclusive use. * Fire pit with sufficient wood and fire starting materials (not available during summer months). * weber gas BBQ, BBQ cooking utensils are provided. *Exclusive use of a private laundry (including OMO, fabric softener etc) both indoor and outdoor clothes lines. Other things to note Breakfast provisions for every day of your stay are placed in the fridge just prior to your arrival and is all included in the price for you to cook at your leisure. Our brand new fridge is plumbed to provide a never ending supply of filtered water and ice cubes. We have just started our fb page.
