Dining table with four chairs. Full breakfast provisions both continental and to cook for yourselves are provided. Free Wifi The space This apartment is ideally suited to either families or elderly guests because of its level carpeted flooring or for the longer stay guests who appreciate laundry facilities close at hand. The covered patio gives you outdoor seating all weathers and affords wonderful views across the gardens and down to the Angas River. Guest access Guest are welcome anywhere in the gardens. Free parking is available in our diagonal spaces directly outside the property. The gardens are award winning and have won 1st prize in 2017, 2018, 2019,2021, 2022 and most recently 2023 as well as achieving Grand Champion status in 2019. For 2 people booking, only one bedroom is available for 3 to 4 persons we open the second bedroom for use, however if only 2 people book but do require the 2nd bedroom to be available there is a one off fee of $55 applicable and is to be paid direct on arrival. Other things to note We have a very friendly Staffy called Jake plus our 5 friendly chickens the Divas who all together co own the property.
