Our superb decks, and Luxury Spa Bath for Two, provide charming vantage points where you can enjoy the outstanding Views. We offer you a place to relax and take a break, away from the crowds but not totally cut off, we do have Free 4G Wi-fi, Foxtel Movies and Streaming services for those who want to stay in touch with the outside world. DO WE HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF YOUR HOUSE ? Yes, you have exclusive use. Staff will service once weekly and the gardens as required. Local Management is only 10 minutes away. DO I NEED TRANSPORT ? There is so much to see and explore in this beautiful location that it is really worth hiring a car. Hudd's road (access to Yurara) is a gravel road (please see current photo) and is regularly maintained by the Douglas Shire Council. Hudd's Rd currently requires an AWD or 4WD. Any questions or concerns, please ask. WHAT FACILITIES DO YOU HAVE ? Full Kitchen with Fridge/Freezer, BBQ on the verandah. Private bathroom. TV & Stereo. CAN I CONTACT YOU IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY BOOKING ? All emails/messages and phone calls are answered promptly. WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF MY RESERVATION ? Yes, either directly from ourselves or, if you have reserved through one of our agents, from them. WHERE ARE THE KEYS TO THE PROPERTY ? We usually meet and spend 10 minutes with our guests between the hours of 2pm and 6pm. If you arrive outside of these hours, keys are always available in the lockbox by the entry door.. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED ? Secure payments can be made by Credit Card, Debit Cards or Direct Deposit EFT's: Visa, Mastercard are accepted. HOW FAR IS THE BEACH ? My favourite beach is at the end of Buchanan Creek road; less than 10 minutes by car. It's a lovely quiet sandy beach in a small cove. (every chance you'll have it to yourselves). Thorntons Beach, a long stretch of white sand, and Cafe are 20 minutes by car. Of course you could go a little further north to Cape Tribulation; 30 minutes by car. HOW FAR IS THE NEAREST RESTAURANT ? There are several places to eat nearby. Crocodylus, a favourite with the locals. The Cow Bay pub. Floravilla, just before the pub, has great homemade ice cream. Within 5-10 minutes drive to four more restaurants: Daintree Wilderness Lodge. Fan Palm Boardwalk Cafe. Lynchaven. Heritage Lodge. -Or- 15-25 minutes to Thorntons Beach Cafe and Whet Restaurant. WHERE CAN I BUY GROCERIES ? You can buy essential items at the local shop, however, Woolworths in Mossman is the best place to stock up. DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY ?
