The house is very private on the lake. 2 minutes from the quaint town of Jeffersonville, minutes from Liberty and Monticello. The space The “space” is classic Catskills!, green forests, places to hike or have a healthy walk in nature. My deep water residential well is tested and free of pollutants and delicious to drink right out of the tap. Eagles, beavers, deer and all NY bird species, frogs croaking on the lake in the distance on summer nights, fireflies. In the winter it is a wonderland, a white sheet with trees cradling humps of snow, the lake dotted with ice fishermen, yet inside warm and cozy with all the modern conveniences. An automatic Generac house generator with a 100 gallon propane source to guarantee comfort in case of any rare power outages! When arriving please DO NOT GO ALL THE WAY UP THE DRIVEWAY as my neighbor is very concerned about people turning around in HIS parking area. I am the second house in the driveway. Not the third house, not to the end of the driveway, but the second house in on the left. Park to the left at the "Airbnb Parking HERE" sign, leaving room for my neighbor to get by. There is no TV but there is WiFi! The Remote Control you see in the picture is for the Air Conditioner. There are at least three places to sit, just relax or maybe have something to eat, outside your room. Thank you. No smoking in the room, thank you. Guest access Shampoo and soaps provided with towels and washcloth and clean bed linens. A small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine separate from your room at no extra charge. I do not serve food but I do set up the coffee machine so all you have to do is turn it on. Sugar and milk also provided. Access will immediately be denied on the property for smoking in the room, or letting the cat Freyja in the room as many people have allergies to such even after the offending guest is long gone, Thank you During your stay I like to give my guests space but I am usually on the premises and always available by phone, text and email. I have my own quarters in the main house. Your room and entrance, bathroom and shower is connected to the main house, but separate, with no access from the main house. Other things to note You can take the boat out on the lake or go fishing off the dock for free. One person complained that there was no "usage manual for the row boat or the Grill", which is also free! Ridiculous! Stay the weekend and catch a couple of the big-name concerts that perform at the Bethel Performing Arts Center, Try out the new Resorts Casino, or just get away for a couple of days. You can find someplace cheaper but you won’t find one as clean and with all the amenities that are here, though it is not the Hilton. The room is big enough to provide a nice full sized bed with a HALF bath, separate shower from the bathroom with towels and linens provided. I think a shower should ALWAYS be separate from the bathroom so that one person can use the shower without being subjected to what is going on in the bathroom. Bathroom has a window with a nice view and blinds. The view of the lake is spectacular, even from the bed, and beautiful to wake up to in the morning. Registration Details RT06420418
