The space This home is welcoming, spacious and stylish. The backyard is fully fenced and offers a place to swim (pool in the front yard), play or relax. The back of the home opens up to a huge open green area with mature trees that provide shade for the kids to play safely. FEATURES INCLUDE: - There are 5 bedrooms (1 Master King bed, 3 Queen bedrooms, 1 with 2 x Singles) and 2 bathrooms (1 as an ensuite): Master bedroom (back of the house): A plush King size bed, ducted air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe as well as private en-suite with walk in shower, vanity and toilet Bedroom 2 (front of the house): A plush Queen sized bed with ducted air-conditioning, built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan and a built in desk/work space Bedroom 3: A plush Queen sized bed with built-in wardrobes, ducted air-conditioning, and ceiling fan Bedroom 4: A plush Queen sized bed with built-in wardrobes, ducted air-conditioning, and ceiling fan Bedroom 5: 2 x Single Beds, built-in wardrobes, ducted air-conditioning, a ceiling fan Kitchen: The kitchen is well-equipped with a kettle, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, stove cooktop and oven, along with all the cooking equipment a holiday chef could wish for. Other things to note **We DO NOT take schoolies bookings, no guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please no events or smoking is permitted at any time. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form. *Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand.
