All rooms have a window and/or a French door overlooking the property's private garden. On the floor there is also a service bathroom. On the first floor, there are two well-kept living areas with flat-screen TV, a dining area furnished with table and chairs, an equipped kitchen, and a single bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. The pride of the Villa, the garden in which the property is immersed, the refined furnishings with attention to the smallest details, the porch and terraces furnished with all comforts, an ideal place for aperitifs at sunset and, from which it is possible admire the sea on the horizon.
