The property is on two levels and is equipped with all comforts and ensures absolute privacy. The ground floor of the property is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area with 4 bedrooms, one double bedroom with a third bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with outdoor bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with separate beds and ensuite bathroom with shower. All rooms have a window and/or a French door overlooking the property's private garden. On the floor there is also a service bathroom. On the first floor, there are two well-kept living areas with flat-screen TV, a dining area furnished with table and chairs, an equipped kitchen, and a single bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. The pride of the Villa, the garden in which the property is immersed, the refined furnishings with attention to the smallest details, the porch and terraces furnished with all comforts, an ideal place for aperitifs at sunset and, from which it is possible admire the sea on the horizon. The Villa, with independent entrance and parking space, has a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, a solarium equipped with sunbeds and a BBQ. All rooms are conditioned/heated. The maximum occupancy (10 people) of the property includes adults, children, and infants. It is not permitted to exceed the stated number of guests, in compliance with safety regulations and property rules. For safety reasons and in compliance with applicable regulations, the villa is reserved exclusively for registered guests. Any visits by external people must be communicated in advance to the Booking Office, providing the identification documents of the visiting guests. Overnight stays by people not included in the booking are not permitted. The pool is not heated, as the mild Sardinian climate provides comfortable temperatures most of the year, making pool heating unnecessary even in the low season. A private car is necessary to reach the property and for getting around during your stay, allowing you to fully enjoy the freedom and beauty of the surrounding area. 1 private uncovered parking space is available on the property.
