Elegantly decorated with contemporary furniture, the property consists of 3 bedrooms, a large family bathroom, seperate additional toilet, plus an open plan kitchen living space with french doors opening out on to the garden. The bedrooms house comfortable double size beds, with plenty of space to hang your clothes in the wardrobe. One of the two bathrooms also has both a bath and shower. The living room is also great for unwinding and putting your feet up. There's a comfortable sofa with plenty of space for a family, travel buddies or work colleagues. There's also a flatscreen TV with all the basic and freeview channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including a fridge/freezer, oven, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. There are cooking utensils and crockery, great for self-caterers. Guest access Guests have sole access to the property. Other things to note Please note you must confirm your check in time at least 24 hours in advance in order to give us enough time to arrange and confirm your check in. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee. Late check-in fees: For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge. For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge. For security reasons: We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
