Welcome to Cretan View Villa, located in Patima, Apokoronas, at an altitude of 238 meters. Our villa offers a unique holiday experience surrounded by rich greenery and the wonderful blue shades of the sea and sky. It is a peaceful retreat for your vacation as it integrates perfectly with the natural beauty of the area. Our priority is to provide excellent hospitality and ensure your stay is memorable. The space The design of the villa was made so that each room has a wonderful view and plenty of natural light. It is an ideal choice for families and groups who wish to enjoy the different sea and mountain landscapes that the location combines. With a space of 250sqm, on three levels, the villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a self-contained apartment with a small kitchen, double bed, small stone sofa and bathroom. The apartment is equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, TV, washing machine and dryer. The apartment's window and balcony door offer unobstructed sea views. On this same level there is a bedroom that has access via an internal staircase to the main building of the villa. This bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, A/C, private bathroom and balcony door offering you mountain and forest views. On the second level you will find the main entrance of the villa, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a spacious terrace with an outdoor dining area. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a window overlooking the sea, while the second bedroom has two single beds and a window overlooking the mountain. As you reach the third level, you will discover the last bedroom. This one is equipped with a double bed, two single beds, a sofa bed and a private bathroom. All bedrooms are provided with a blackout curtain and a playpen can be added. The garden of the villa stands out, surrounded by handmade stone fences and filled with flowering shrubs and trees. The heated pool consisting of seawater is a great place to relax and enjoy the amazing environment. The cleaning practices used in the pool are ecological, avoiding the use of harsh chemicals. Guest access Our guests have access to all areas of Cretan View Villa. We welcome you to explore our entire property, from the beautifully designed interiors to the lush, quiet garden and heated seawater pool. Whether you are looking for relaxation or adventure, the villa offers an unforgettable vacation experience. We would like to inform you that we offer a heated pool. The maximum temperature it can reach depends on the ambient temperature. Please let us know at least 4 days before your arrival to warm up the water.
