Guest access Under NO circumstances will we accept parties of any kind, NO intimate weddings, no parties or events. We are situated in a quiet residential area, a family orientated street & suburb. Normal socializing and braai's welcome for 8 guests. We cannot accept PARTY GROUPS, eg. bachelor parties, hen parties, student groups, wedding parties, large rowdy noisy groups are NOT accepted. This tranquil property is in a quiet residential area, this is NOT a venue hire location, no film crews for advertising purposes. We request our guests be considerate to our neighbors. No sound bars & speakers, no drunk boisterous groups are acceptable. Parking strictly limited to 3 vehicles Pets by special request only, however no dog's are permitted on beds & furniture. Strictly no use of properties blankets for any dogs use. Guests will be required to bring their own dog beds, blankets and bowls. The cleaning of doggie doo is the sole responsibility of the dog owner and does not form part of housekeepers responsibility. Guests will be charged for not collecting dog feaces. Other things to note Please be aware, this house is in a quite residential suburb, a family oriented suburb. We do not accept party groups, or rowdy groups with tendency for noise. Normal socializing and outdoor dinners are acceptable. We rent our home on a "honesty policy" any damages are to be paid for on your departure.
