The vacation home in Lido Marini, 200 meters from the beach The apartment can be reached via a fairly easy staircase that leads to the first floor. The interiors consist of a dining room with an open kitchen, a sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom and a double bedroom, plus a small living room with a sofa bed that, if necessary, can become the third bedroom, for a total of 6 beds. The house is completed with a bathroom with shower, and two balconies, one of which is large and well shaded, furnished with a table and chairs for pleasant outdoor moments. Accessories include air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, TV and iron. All the main commercial services of Lido Marini can be reached on foot, and a few kilometers by car you can visit other seaside resorts among the most famous destinations of Salento, such as Leuca to the south and Torre San Giovanni to the north. - A receptionist will take care of check-in (from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) and check-out (from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.). An extra €50 payment is required for late arrivals upon notice (from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.). - Upon arrival, you will be required to sign the relevant lease agreement in Italian. - The accommodation tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is excluded from the total and will be applied in accordance with municipal regulations. - Optional linen rental (towels and sheets) at the price of €15 per person per week. - OBLIGATION to separate and dispose of waste. Otherwise, a penalty of €80 will be withheld for up to 10 kg of waste, + €50 for each additional kg. - OBLIGATION to leave the kitchenette and dishes clean (service not included in the final cleaning price).
