Between the banks of the Loire and not far from the Machines de l'ile, only a footbridge separates you from the hyper centre ! If you spend a few days or a few weeks in Nantes, for professional reasons or holidays/weekends, don't miss to stay in this unique place ! The space Located on the 4th floor with lift of a modern and recent building, with a surface area of 45 m², the First has just benefited from a harmonious and cosy makeover ! You'll feel right at home here. The real plus in this cocoon : a secure underground parking space. The apartment is laid out as follows : -the entrance opens onto : a fully renovated and perfectly equipped kitchen : oven, refrigerator, induction hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster. A small bar and 2 stools will allow you to gain strength before setting off to discover the city ! For more comfort, there is also a dining table with four chairs. -the living room, equipped with a sofa bed (140X200), a flat screen television and an internet connection. From the living room, direct access to the pretty balcony, with a view of the Loire River as a bonus ! -the bathroom is functional and well appointed. For your comfort, a washing machine, a drying rack as well as an ironing board and iron are at your disposal. -the toilets are independent. -the room is equipped with a new and quality bedding (double bed 140X200). You also have a large cupboard with wardrobe. For your comfort, the First is equipped with double-glazed windows and roller shutters.
