This modern property of 180 m² can accommodate up to 8 travellers and is composed of a large living space, modern and fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms including a master suite with shower room, 2 shower rooms, separate WC. Summer kitchen, garden and private pool. Bed linen and towels on request at extra cost. A stay at Villa Clème is an invitation to rest and relax with family or or with friends! Ground floor: - Bright living room thanks to its beautiful openings, overlooking the outside and the pool, furnished with a large convertible corner sofa, furniture and flat screen TV. - Very large modern kitchen open to the dining area and the living room. The dining area has a beautiful glass table and 8 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with: central island with induction hob and sink, 8 high seats, dishwasher, oven, fridge, capsule coffeemaker l'Or , toaster, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery. - Adjacent room with sofa bed. - Accessible by 3 steps: a master bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), wall cupboards, TV, and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. Separate WC On the upper floor: - Bedroom 2 with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), TV,, wardrobe, and air conditioning. - Bedroom 3 with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), TV, wardrobe, and air conditioning. - Spacious designer shower room with shower, WC and storage space. Outside the house: - Bedroom 4 with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), TV, shower room and WC. Bedroom 4 is in an outbuilding attached to the house. Outside : - Beautiful long unheated swimming pool of 10 x 5.6 m. It is equipped with an electric roller shutter security system. The pool is accessible from May to the end of September. - The house is situated on 1600 m² of fully fenced land. A lawn area of 30 m² is located in front of the pool. You will find everything you need to make yourself comfortable: 6 deckchairs and a large hammock! - Large terrace surrounding the house with a counter, 2 stools, a dining table and 4 chairs. - Sheltered summer kitchen of 20 m² where you can enjoy a meal in the cool of the summer days equipped with a barbecue, plancha, refrigerator and freezer, work surface as well as a beautiful round wooden table and its 8 seats. The access is direct from the kitchen. Guest access Full access to the property and its equipment. Other things to note - Animals accepted for free.
