In the heart of the historic district of the Villa ( Plaza de Albornóz) in Requena, there is the cottage "Casa Francisca". This is a new construction, completed in September 2016 equipped with the current amenities and services. It has two facades that fall to two different plazas, which make it a haven of silence and peace ideal for rest and tranquility. Guest access All the house is, outside, bright and sunny , with large windows and balconies. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including oven and dishwasher, to meet the needs of its guests. On the first floor are the two double bedrooms and a full bathroom. The house is equipped for four people, expandable to six. Other things to note My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, travelers , and families who want to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of a village, but within the city and its comforts. We are 40 minutes from Valencia and 25 from Cheste. Very well connected with conventional railway, AVE and highway. So we are at an optimal point to visit Valencia, its beaches and its tourist places as well as attending championships and matches or all kinds of cultural and commercial events.
