Quiet T2 apartment in Cambo-les-Bains with Wi-Fi and parking The space CAMBO, C229: One-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a small, quiet building in lower Cambo. The apartment features a living/dining room, a kitchen equipped with a two-burner induction hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, and mini-oven/rotisserie, a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with toilet, a balcony, and a parking space. Internet access is included. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency). The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is taken at the end of each stay (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard or anything our staff may have missed. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
