Villa in Dottikon

The villa offers various opportunities for relaxation and leisure, including a heated 12-meter outdoor pool (saltwater pool) and a year-round whirlpool. It also has a fitness area and an infrared sauna. The space Three terraces, including one by the pool, along with a barbecue area, offer plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The surrounding area includes a spacious, well-maintained lawn and picturesque hiking trails. The villa has four comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious fitness and living areas. Guest access The heated pool (12 mx 3.5 m) is open as of mid of April to 15th of September. The water temperature in the pool is usually between 26 and 28 degrees. The whirlpool is available during the whole year and is constantly 37-38 degrees, even in winter. The house is located on a very quiet slope in a private dead-end street and is therefore very suitable for children. It is also suitable for dogs because there is no traffic and there are many opportunities for walking in the beautiful nature. Per day and dog CHF 15 is due. There is one parking space in the closed garage. In front of the house there is further parking for 4 cars. Other things to note The house is a wellness house for a quiet and relaxing holiday. It is located in a residential area, which is why the guests have to strictly adhere to the quiet times specified by the canton of Aargau (from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.), as well as the night's rest (from 8 p.m. to 7.a.m.) The house is, therefore, only suitable for families, business people and groups of adults (40+). Groups of young people are not allowed; such bookings will be automatically canceled without any refund. There are two outdoor cameras which are covering the whole outdoor area of the house. Only the security company has access to the recordings. Please note that visits are not allowed. Only the guests registered at the time of booking may be present in the house and in the pool area at any time.
