On the ground floor: an entrance with a cupboard, a large living room with a fully equipped American kitchen, complemented by a central island and a bar.   A large living room with a corner sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD, FM docking station, and Bluetooth. A toilet with a sink and a utility room with a washing machine. Adjacent to this large living room and for the exclusive use of our guests, there is a covered spa area including a high-end spa (Clair Azur) with water at 37°C all year round, a solid Finnish spruce wood sauna and a walk-in shower. On the 2nd floor, a landing leading to 2 large bedrooms with closets, each with 1 large 160 cm bed (possibility of adding 1 extra 90 cm bed and/or baby bed), a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet with sink. Outside, a secure swimming pool with an electric roller cover (10 x 5 m) and Roman-style steps, heated to 28 degrees from the April holidays until the end of September, for private use. The sunny terrace, sun loungers or hammock await you for relaxation. The second covered and shaded terrace, with garden furniture and a barbecue (charcoal), is at your disposal.
