C1--Cottage with Charm & Character

This charming cottage with lots of character sits on a 1920s old fruit plantation. Original hardwood floors, screened in patio with hammock welcome you to paradise. The space Laundry, wifi, Direct TV, central air/heat, fishing Space is central in the Rio Grande Valley. We are 40 min from McAllen and South Padre Island, 20 min to the outlet mall and Brownsville and 30 min to Progresso, Mexico. Great for bird watching. Many guests have seen the parrots, screech owls and barn owl on the property. We are also very dog friendly and welcome pets. Other things to note We request that pets sleep on their pet bed, not on the bed. Some guests are allergic to dander and it is difficult to remove dog hair on the linens.
