Door opens to backyard through garage to store boat (not high boats). The Queensland Room is a great entertaining area with BBQ. Second TV in large master bedroom - which also has day bed. Guest access Entire house is available with complete privacy. Other things to note Other things: Take your boat, 4WD (beach and national park), camera, kayak, surfboard, boogie board, binoculars (during whale watching season), sunscreen, hat, beach towel, cossies, fishing lines (there is fishing shop in town for hooks etc), walking shoes, bike (great bike track along the Manning River). Take your smiley face back home. There are plenty of holiday reading books to choose from in the house. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook up a storm, and a great BBQ.
