Just 200 meters from Piazza San Giacomo and 5 minutes from the Castle of Udine, the apartment is equipped with all the main comforts, such as WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine and kitchenette. The space The inside is organized as follow: - LIVING ROOM with relaxation corner, sofa and dining table; - KITCHEN with fridge, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, moka and kitchenware; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, bidet and hairdryer. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS: free wifi, TV, air conditioning, central heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board. *PLEASE, PAY ATTENTION* The area is limited, by municipal ordinance, to EURO 0, EURO 1, EURO 2 and EURO 3 diesel vehicles from 04.00 pm to 08.00 pm every day, while there are no restrictions for machines from EURO 4 and up. Via Muratti, the street to reach the parking lot of the accommodation, is in the LTZ. You can leave your car in the courtyard by paying 10€/day (please note: the parking is very narrow). Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
