Fremantle Local Beach Studio

Your studio apartment. Walk out the front gate, turn right to Fremantle, turn left to the beach and turn around to enjoy South Terrace with its array of local cafes and restaurants. The fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom are in separate rooms. The space The separate/ self-contained studio is perfect for one or two people, whether you are here for a holiday or for business travel. The room is very quiet and private, yet it is close to all that Fremantle has to offer. We are on Marine Terrace right mid-way between the main centre of Fremantle and wonderful South Beach. Just a 10 minute walk either way. The studio is up a flight of stairs, accessed from the rear of our house. It has a large living/bedroom area, with a separate bathroom and kitchenette. The room is light and airy, with quality curtains providing light block-out for your nightly sleep. French doors open to a Juliette balcony with views of the local neighbourhood. The queen bed is of resort style comfort with quality linen. This is a large room with a four-seater white wicker cane setting to view the television or to relax in comfort during your stay. You are going to love my hand-made 'Rag Rug' made to enhance this area with its beautiful beach colours. The kitchenette is equipped with the basic essentials, including a fridge/freezer, convention microwave oven, kettle, toaster, induction cooker, sandwich maker, coffee plunger, blender and crockery/cutlery for your use. We also provide tea, coffee and basic supplies. (There are many cafes and restaurants close by, especially on South Terrace, but sometimes its nice to relax in your own space and have a leisurely breakfast, we will have cereal and milk and bread in the freezer for your first morning - up to you.) The separate bathroom includes a full-sized vanity, shower, toilet, towels and beach towels. Guest access Immediate access – Check in is 2:00pm on the day of booking and check out is 10:am. You have immediate access so doesn't matter what time you arrive after 2:00pm, as the key is in the key safe box, located at the door to the studio. The four-digit combination code will be given to you upon reservation. The Fremantle Local Beach Studio is to the rear of our home on Marine Terrace and is completely separate to the main house. You enter through the front gate and walk around the back, through the courtyard to the entry door to the studio. Other things to note There is free street parking along Marine Terrace.
