It has a home automation electrical system, is protected by a smoke and gas detection system and is independently heated with a methane gas boiler located outside the apartment. It has private uncovered parking for a medium-sized car under the accommodation itself. It includes: two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a hallway. Outside the apartment there are relaxation spaces (not for the exclusive use of guests): a large flowered terrace, equipped with an umbrella, a small table, chairs and a garden. The double bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has 2 single beds. If necessary, the sofa bed in the living room can be used as an additional bed for one person. Upon request, a camping bed for children from 0 to 3 years old can be arranged in the double room. The kitchen is equipped with all the tools for cooking for at least 5 people and the following appliances: electric oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher and minimum ingredients for emergency cooking such as coffee, oil, salt, vinegar, sugar and tea. In the living room there are: a 32" LED TV with Digital Terrestrial and Satellite reception; a convenient PC station and Wi-Fi internet connection (18Mb download and 16Mb upload) - the access password will be provided at check-in. It also has a wall-mounted inverter air conditioning system for the living-dining room. The bathroom is spacious, in addition to the services it is equipped with a large shower, bathtub, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, additional electric air conditioning, first aid kit, vacuum cleaner and necessary for hygiene. Guest access The accommodation is entirely for the use of guests. Other things to note If necessary, ample free public parking is available 50 meters from the property. Within a few kilometers there are shops of all sizes and types, typical restaurants, pizzerias. For sports and nature enthusiasts, there is a wide choice of recreational activities to satisfy even the most demanding customers: Walking, Biking, Climbing, Rafting and walks in renowned natural environments. Half an hour away you can reach the wonderful side valleys of Valtellina: Valmalenco, Val Masino, Val di Mello, Val Tartano and Val Gerola.
