In a quiet area, on the heights of the resort, you will enjoy exceptional views of the natural circus of surrounding mountains. On the ski side, you will be located just minutes from the ESF gatherings and the Piou Piou Club de Flaine (next to the "Les Terrasses d 'Hélios" Residence). From the roundabout of the Hamlet you can take the "Opal" track to access the Gérats chairlift (depending on snow conditions). To reach the other slopes and return to the Hamlet you benefit from a free shuttle service; they run all day, every 15 minutes. In the Hamlet, you will find a ski equipment rental shop, a bread depot, takeaway pizzas and a restaurant, where you can taste tasty traditional cuisine of the region. For larger purchases you can go to the Spar supermarket, located in the "Les Terrasses d 'Hélios" Residence. To reach the resort's activity centers, you can take the free shuttles - Skibus (during the day) and the evening shuttle from the Hamlet (from 6 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.) which drop you off, in just a few minutes, at Flaine Forêt from where you can reach Flaine Forum where most of the bars, restaurants and activities are concentrated. Also note for chalets without a private garage, a parking lot at the entrance to the Hamlet allows you to park for the week. What more could you ask for? Please note that due to heavy snowfall in winter, it is not recommended to park on the sides in front of the chalets (risk of vehicles being buried).
