Apartment 2 with underfloor heating The space New apartment in the attic (3rd floor) with 28 m², underfloor heating, automatic room ventilation, fully equipped kitchenette incl. fridge-freezer, dishwasher, etc. Sofa bed (2 x 1.60 m) can also be used as a sofa. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Also provided is an LED TV with power connection and Wi-Fi. The apartment is suitable for 1-2 people. Extra bed not possible. Our apartments are non-smoking apartments and are located in a quiet location next to a small farm that is no longer actively operated. The apartments are located about 8 km as the crow flies from Regensburg directly on the beautiful Danube above the municipality of Sinzing. The train and bus connections to Regensburg are good and thus all excursion destinations are also easily accessible by public transport.
