The space This family villa enjoys a prime location, right in front of the beach, in a quiet and residential environment. It accommodates up to 9 people and has 5 bedrooms, including one in the attic. The bedding was chosen to offer an excellent level of comfort: 3 large 180 cm beds with Stearns & Foster mattresses and Tempur-Fit Premium duvets, as well as 3 single 90 cm beds. The house also has 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, making it very convenient for stays with family or friends. The villa has been designed for a comfortable vacation: equipped kitchen, living room with TV and sound bar, internet, baby equipment, linens, bath towels and cleaning included. An outdoor shower is also available, which is convenient when returning from the beach. Its great advantage is its location: once there, you can easily enjoy Dinard on foot, with the beach, restaurants, shops, walks by the sea, thalassotherapy, and the city center. In the peak season, rentals are generally by the week, with arrivals and departures on Saturdays. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, the garden, and the courtyard, where a parking space is available. The house is independent, and they have exclusive use of it during their stay. Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed on-site to be shown around the house, have its operation explained, and have their initial practical questions answered. Access to the property is by code: one code opens and closes the gate, and another code opens the front door. The house is within driving distance. It is also possible to arrive by train to Saint-Malo, then to reach Dinard by taxi or bus. Dinard also has a small airport, with connections depending on the time of year. Once there, a car is not essential: the beach, shops, restaurants, thalassotherapy center and seaside walks are within walking distance. Other things to note The house is suitable for travelers looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet and residential setting, in the heart of the Saint-Énogat district, between the beach, shops, and restaurants. In the peak season, stays are generally by the week, with arrivals and departures on Saturdays. Outside of high season, shorter stays may be possible depending on the time and availability.
